Today I met with Julie for about 2 or 3 hours to discuss the money making schemes. I asked her a lot of questions and took notes. It will take me a long time to type it all up so maybe tomorrow or the next day I will post it. I will type it in MS Word and do a copy and paste here. After you read the post I will try to answer any other questions that you have.

That seems odd that he was issued a US Passport in 2005 with these outstanding warrants.

QuoteAccording to Title 22: Foreign Relations, PART 51—PASSPORTS, Subpart E — Denial, Revocation, and Restriction of Passports,
§ 51.60 Denial and restriction of passports:
(b) The Department may refuse to issue a passport in any case in which the Department determines or is informed by competent authority that:

(9) The applicant is the subject of an outstanding state or local warrant of arrest for a felony;

I think these warrants stem from his free ride he gave his ex-wife on the roof of his car, as Paul was trying to take back his baby.

Don't get warrant of arrest mixed up with an open felony investigation. No warrant of arrest has been issued in Georgia yet.
Sheriff Summers did a state wide search and nothing came up.
Even if there was a warrant for his arrest do you think he would put that on his Passport application? He had to get out of town before one was issued.

Ok, I understand the difference now.

Paul got his current passport issued from the embassy in Manila.
He either lost or had stolen (his story that it was stolen at the beach, but why bring your passport to the beach?) He was arrested just prior to getting the new one, and had to wait in jail until delivered.

I think the Dept does a search prior to issuing a passport, as guys that owe child support usually do not get one issued. It is not a matter of telling them on the application form.

In any event, good info.

Harrell, a US passport issued in the US embassy in Manila will have a mention on it. like the picture attached. What you see on the attachment
is the the page of a US passport issued in Manila year 2005.
Passports issued in the US do not have any mention in this place.
Paul's is fake, or at best a "real fake" as I mentioned on another post.

Thanks for the info Lamoya
I guess if Paul had a fake passport, it would never be known until he returns to the USA.
I doubt the Philippines would know it is a fake, or almost any other country that doesn't scan the magnetic strip.

So if it is fake, and now I am beginning to think it is, as Paul's story was that he had to get a replacement as he had his original stolen, then it can almost be certain he did not go to the USA.

I also wonder if the US State Dept would verify that his current passport is real or fake. I think they may be interested to know if Paul has a fake US Passport in his possession.

The plot certainly is thickening. And with so much info coming out, Paul must be getting concerned who knows what, and who he can trust. Many defectors from his forum coming forward with info that once was protected.

It looks clear to me this passport wasn't issued in Manila. But where was it? Where is the suffix SR?How Paul could get a legit one by mail? How a US government agency reputed for been rigorous could have commit such a gross error to issue him a passport in GA without the mention SR on and without he been present? He has been challenged several times on the other blog to come forward and explain. It could be a good opportunity for him to trash this crazy Evan and his "lies"! He didn't. He was challenged by some  to meet outside the immigration office and show the legitimacy of his immigration extension stamps. Another opportunity to trash many "liars". Again he declined.

One last thought, if indeed Paul has all the money from the lending business, would he need to report that income to the US IRS? If the amounts are correct, that is a large sum that he may have not reported. Tax evasion would be another charge added to the list that seems to grow longer by the days. Money laundering could also be a charge, if he tries to hide or convert to evade paying taxes. Paul, if you are reading this, the net is closing in on you. You are not are hard person to identify, and many eyes are looking.
For those in Cebu, has anyone gone to Paul's place of residence to look for him or evidence he may be there? Did anyone ask around CarCar if anyone has seen him. Maybe this landlady knows where he went. Do you think he has left all his belongings in his place? Lots of questions, I know.

QuoteHarrell, a US passport issued in the US embassy in Manila will have a mention on it.

This is not true.  If what you say is true I guess my passport is fake also.

My passport was issued at an Embassy.  It says exactly what his states.  It does not have to have Manila on the passport.  Sorry that is not proof.  The passport is the least of his concern or anyone looking for their money.  His passport is legal.  Additionally the number crosses with ICE.  You can easily search it. There are places online that will do it.

Do you also have an explanation of the absence of the suffix SR? Would you also tell us whos on line that does verification of passport authenticity?

No, I want it on line. You have to bring live proof of what you are saying...Noeseman, please, try to be more specific ok?

Now can you tell the readers what you know about the US law on SR and JR suffixes? We all know Paul has a son named Woody Paul Petrea. Exactly as him. Can you tell us what the law says about in this case?

Thanks
You did not also answered to my other question. Who verify US passports on line?

OK I will answer it for Norseman.
For those who don't know what the ICE is, I attached a screen shot for every one to know. In addition,

I called the (866) 347-2423 to be told that not even the passport holder can check his own passport! Would you please tell us how you did it and found that Paul's passport number is ok?

I will try to attach to again. Maybe doing the preview affected it.

What does Update Attachment do?

Oh, I think I figured it out. At the bottom right corner you have to click on Insert Into Post, duh, hehe

The request was made for Woody Paul Petrea, not Sr. This might be about the son, who rumor has it is in trouble.

One thing that puzzles me is why nobody has mentioned that after Bill said he was done, Paul was continuing on his own. This make it a multi headed hydra! LOL
