Its illegal to make pictures of a minor's vagina, that's just common sense. And, in the Philippines its illegal to have sex with a boy or girl who is less than 18 years old. That's the law here.

, I expected better from you.

generally i think we get exactly what we deserve - which in my opinion  in your case is nothing but blatant trolling - so until you learn to play nice and stop posting provocative comments solely for the sake of getting a rise out of people i think you can expect to have your posts attacked constantly

You seem to have a huge need for recognition - of any kind.

Under Philippine law, it is an offense for a man to be in the company of a minor, to whom he's not related to by at least the "fourth degree of co-consanguinity" without there being an adult chaperone present. A minor being anyone under the age of 18 years.

Now, whatever your personal views and beliefs might be, that is one of the laws of your host country and by living here you are obliged to respect and obey them.

Obliged to obey, but I beg to differ on the question of "respect" them. They are idiotic, and while I would always do my best to obey all local laws at all times, that does not mean I agree with those laws. It just means I'm not a peaceful protesting activist.

I understand I think, the intent of such laws. I also understand the STATED intent. The latter is probably something laudable like reducing child abuse. The real reason is to help in securing funds from international sources, more than likely. Somewhat less laudable.

In human terms, falling in love with someone in their late teens and marrying them is far from the worst thing one person can do with another, despite what society or law might say about it. From all information I have, Paul met a woman of legal age, courted and married her.
This may not be true, but I have no evidence of it being false.

The other things looked like the fallout of a bunch of prideful people having a drunken dispute, with no clear villains or heroes evident as is often the case with such ridiculous activities.

It may be Paul is the lowest scum of the earth, but I have no evidence of that at the moment and I refuse to assume the worst of people.

Paul married her? That's the first time I heard that. Do you believe Paul and Jinky are married?  A 17 year old can not get married in the Philippines.

Its always nice to want people to do good things, but it is unforgivable to change the facts to fit your own agenda

I thought so, but it's very possible I'm wrong on that. They had a child together and in my world, you get married before that but maybe my preconceptions were fooling me. I also believe he said she was 18.

The child (Quin??) is not Paul Petrea's or his girlfriends....the mother is an ex- G/F of Paul Petrea.....

[ Never gave it a 2nd thought past that, not important to me.

it wasnt important to you ? and you never gave it a second thought? but you went out of your way to make up a story and post it about Paul courting some woman and having a child with her and marrying her !!!!!

This kind of distortion  of the facts to suit your own agenda is contemptible.

You comment about " not in my world " - might i ask which world that is , because it doesnt seem to be the same world that the rest of us live in.
You seem bound and determined to use this forum to make an a*s of yourself with your incessant trolling.

I have read this thread from front to back.  There is not any information regarding this topic that has not been shared a million times.

1. Where did the investors money go.
2. Is Jinky of legal age
3. Did he assault Ms Rowe
4. Is he in the Philippines.

As for Paul I do not know what is going on nor will I speculate.  Paul probably should stay quiet. Yet his reputation will be crushed if he does so.
He used that reputation to help solicite money to the 5/6 loan idea. Few of my friends would like some answers also.  All in all nothing has been reveled nor will it unless Paul steps up and explains it.

All in all we should give him sometime to step forward and explain what is happening.  He said he is in the US and has friend that is dying or dead.  If it is true then people should give him time. There is nothing to prove this as false.  If untrue time will tell.  Though is easily verified with his passport number being clearly on display.

It does seem everything has been covered on this topic and no doubt Paul will resurface at some point one way or the other and by then hopefully everything will come out in the wash.

Admin, please don't close this topic because there are disagreements. We are hearing different points of view so the opinions will be different too. If everyone knew and believed the same things then what would be the point of this topic or the forum?

Some people are saying they are not on either side because they don't know what is true. Well, I will give you one thing that is very easy to prove. Paul is saying that he is not Black Listed. All anyone has to do is call Immigration at +63-032-345-6442 Ext. 4 and ask if Woody Paul Petrea Sr. is Black Listed. I called and was told that he has been Black Listed since he was deported in 2006 and if he is in the Philippines he is here illegally. So if you want to know the truth you will call just like I did. The call only took a couple of minutes.

We have no intention of closing the topic because of disagreements or robust debate - not least because we'd like to hear from the man himself. He has either been accused or suspected of certain offenses not least in connection with his Payday loan scheme and he has refused to address that particular issue on his own Forum to anyone's satisfaction. As I've said before, he can come to this Forum and address the issues should he choose to do so.

I know he knows of this thread's existence, it's all up to him.

On a housekeeping note, this thread will very likely be moved to another Forum as it's hardly "news".

I applaud the last few posters AND the Admin of this site for the way this is being handled. I see no smear campaign or one sided approach as seen on other sites. It bodes well for its future

Well it would certainly be news if Paul would respond to those who are claiming that he defrauded-scammed-ripped them off  !!!
Paul loves to hide behind dead or dying people !! Oh sorry, I cant tell you anything about the money that i got you to invest because the guy I gave all your money to is sick. [ that went on for 10 months]. Then it became " oh sorry, i cant give you your money coz the guy who had it died, and we dont want to bother his partner/gf.
Next was " gee guys, i cant handle anything here because i have to go to the US to visit my friend - hope i make it in time !"  Which later changed to " i'm with my sick friend and will be here for 2-3 months"
Then Paul posted on Linc that he didnt think that Linc would survive his death ! Damn - this guy is willing to do anything- including dying- to avoid giving people their money back.!   He's already planning his next escape route .
If Paul is on the up and up he needs to meet with the people who he owes the money to and prove the facts to them - whatever they are.  His non stop hiding routine seems to prove that he is not on the up and up - and is simply delaying the  inevitable- when he tells everyone how they are totally screwed [ of course none of it was his fault !!]

I have to agree the way he is handling it is piss poor.  He should at least be honest and contact each and every person. If the money is gone so be it at least they will be angry and get over it.  If not then hand the money over to the people that want it returned.  Everything I read it is like he is playing games and hiding behind dead and dying people.  Just the facts will be the best things.

From his statements and what is written though.  The money is gone and there is no money for anyone.  He said that Bill was handling the money and then someone else.  Bill is dead.  So that means it is gone.

Again this is a real mess that he should address each person individually.  It will stop all the campaigns against him.

Locktite.
Please, stop misleading us. Don't abuse the hospitality of this forum that opened its doors to all, I won't be surprised to see Paul soon coming "to explain" and he - I am sure - will be admitted. You are one of the closest insiders to paul's forum, you know very well who's who, you know the newborn Paul "hijacked" is not his, you know is Vivian's boy with a Filipino guy that run away, and you know who Vivian is. The one that Paul also "met her virgin" after beat her and humiliated in public (as usual) she ended up in the bars of Cebu.

Instead, Why you don't tell us what happened to your money you invested in Paul's scheme? Paul's records, - repeat: Paul's records not Bill's records, show you invested the amount of  PHP 10 938,84  August 1 2010 and as of Dec 2010 your money was still in his hands. We are Feb. 20th today. Any news?

Locktite...
.....Why you don't tell us what happened to your money you invested in Paul's scheme?

That would explain why he came a-trolling in fatso's defence... in his warped underage-sex-friendly world he probably thought if he defended his partner-in-crime he might get rewarded. He proved today in his 19 minute reign he is the woody one's staunchest supporter.

NBI seniors I hope one of you is reading all this, because I am sick to death of being tarred with the same scummy brush as locktite and petrea and their type. According to his posts in petrea's forum, locktite is living in Baguiao.
